Scotch Type Steam Boilers are the most widely used liquid- and gas-fueled, fire-tube/smoke-tube, high-efficiency, fully cylindrical steam boilers in industrial facilities requiring high pressure. Since they have a large water volume, they respond quickly to sudden steam demand.

Technical Specifications

The manufactured SCOTCH Steam Boilers are our company’s products and their design and construction comply with TSE 12953.
The plates used are pressure vessel steel plates in P355 – P265 – P235 GH quality standards.
The tubes used are seamless steel boiler tubes in accordance with DIN 17175 and DIN 2448 standards.
In manufacturing, inner and outer shell welds are performed with the fully automatic SAW submerged arc welding method.
Fire and smoke tubes are joined by the boiler tube-expanding and welding method.
The furnace is manufactured in full-length fox-type corrugated form.
Completed Steam Boilers are subjected to a hydraulic test at 1.5 times the operating pressure.
