Mechanical Installations and Assembly Services
Mechanical installations cover the design, installation, commissioning and upkeep of the systems that carry heat, air, water, gases and other fluids through industrial plants and buildings. Hisarmak works on heat insulation, heating, hot-oil and steam lines, fire-protection piping, natural-gas, town-gas and LPG installations, compressed-air networks and cooling systems. The correct design depends on the site's production volume, energy use, available space and operating conditions.
Projects may serve power generation facilities, manufacturing plants, large production sites and commercial buildings. Hisarmak's engineering and site teams select appropriate materials and equipment, coordinate installation and provide integrated, turnkey solutions rather than treating each pipeline as an isolated component.
Systems within the Scope
Heating systems can be integrated with steam, hot-water or thermal-oil boilers for factories, workshops, warehouses and offices. Cooling maintains process temperatures and product quality. Ventilation provides fresh air and the correct pressure balance for workers and production areas. Properly engineered compressed-air lines reduce losses and support machines used in production and packaging.
- Fire-protection networks are planned for the relevant water, foam, gas or powder extinguishing method to protect people and property.
- Clean-water and wastewater lines deliver process water hygienically and remove used water correctly.
- Process pipes for chemical, petrochemical, food and textile operations are specified for temperature, pressure and corrosion resistance.
- Pumps, valves, filters, heat exchangers and storage tanks are selected and installed as parts of the complete system.
Engineering, Installation and Commissioning
The work begins with a site survey and engineering calculations. Heat loss, pressure drop and flow rates inform equipment sizing; a schedule, budget, material list and installation order are agreed. The site is then prepared with pipe routes, supports, hangers and foundations. Boilers, pumps, condensate tanks, compressors, heaters and chillers are placed according to the design. Steel, stainless-steel or other suitable pipes are connected by the specified method, and ductwork and insulation are completed.
- Pressure and leak tests verify piping integrity; defects are corrected before final acceptance.
- Performance tests confirm that heating, cooling, ventilation and other equipment meet the required operating conditions.
- After commissioning, the team provides test reports, material certificates, technical documentation and a maintenance schedule.
Quality, Safety and Long-Term Value
Projects are carried out in accordance with applicable national and international standards, including relevant TSE and ISO requirements, and with occupational safety precautions on site. Correct equipment selection and professional installation reduce energy and maintenance costs, support sustainability and protect workers through reliable ventilation, fire-protection and water systems. Hisarmak combines experienced engineers and installers, quality materials and planned execution to limit production disruption and deliver a long-lasting installation.
