Moving Grate Thermal Oil Boiler

Thanks to the moving grate combustion system, which is also used in solid-fuel systems, proportional operation according to heat demand and high efficiency are achieved.

In Thermal Oil Boiler types, combustion takes place entirely inside the front furnace, where the moving grate is also installed. Heat transfer is provided by radiation in the front furnace and by convection in the boiler.

Flue gas generated during combustion passes through the boiler, soot particles are separated from the flue gas in the multicyclone dust collector, and the gas is discharged through the chimney in compliance with flue gas limits permitted by air quality regulations.
