Liquid and Gas Fired Hot Oil Boiler

Closed pressure vessels that can operate with natural gas and liquid fuel, with thermal oil as the heat-absorbing fluid on one side of the surfaces and flow paths for fire and flue gases transferring heat generated by fuel combustion on the other side, are called Thermal Oil Boilers.

Thermal Oil Boilers are preferred by businesses that require low pressure and high temperature. Since the system operates at low pressure, it is safe and has a low investment cost.

In Thermal Oil Boilers, there is a wide temperature control range up to 270℃ at atmospheric pressure. The heating surface of our product is manufactured from spiral-wound seamless steel boiler tubes in accordance with DIN 4754. The boiler body is insulated against heat losses.

It is possible to increase boiler efficiency by adding an economizer to the Thermal Oil Boiler chimney.
