Rotary Grate Steam Boiler In this combustion system, from the moment the coal is poured from the service bunker to the grate, it moves towards the furnace with the rotation speed of the grate. It is one of the steam boiler types used in many areas.

When it first enters the furnace, the coal first starts to release its moisture under the effect of radiation heat, starts to gasify and release its volatile-flammable hydrocarbons with the increase in temperature and completes the fixed carbon combustion in the following parts of the grate. Combustion of all coal components continues until the end of the grate.

Since the combustion is complete, the amount of slag remaining is very small and this is poured into the slag trough and taken out.

All the processes from loading the coal into the bunkers, combustion and discharge of the slag are carried out fully automatically with the PLC automation system. In this way, both a highly efficient combustion and a very low emission value are provided.
