Moving Grate Thermal Oil Boiler

Thanks to the movable grate combustion system, which is also applied in solid fuel systems, proportional operation and high efficiency are provided according to the heat requirement in the system.

In hot oil boiler types, combustion takes place completely in the front furnace in which the movable grate is also mounted. Heat conduction is provided by radiation in the front furnace and convection in the boiler.

Smoke gas resulting from combustion passes through the boiler, soot particles are separated from the flue gas in the multi-cyclone soot catcher and discharged from the chimney in accordance with the flue gas values permitted by the air quality protection regulation.
