In this combustion system, from the moment the coal is poured from the service bunker to the grill, it proceeds into the furnace with the rotation speed of the grill. As soon as it enters the furnace, the coal first begins to release its moisture under the influence of radiation heat, gasification with increasing temperature and releasing its volatile-flammable hydrocarbons and completes the constant carbon combustion in the later parts of the grill. All components of coal continue to burn until the end of the grill.
Since the combustion is completely finished, the amount of slag remaining is very small, which is poured into the slag vessel and taken out.
All processes up to loading, burning and discharge of slag into the bunkers are fully automated with PLC automation system. In this way, both a highly efficient combustion and a very low emission value are provided.
