Bagged Filter

Bag filter units are generally used as a filter system in industrial plants in order to hold the dusts generated from the production process and spread to the environment and separated from the air, to discharge the air into the atmosphere and to transfer the dusts to the desired location. They are calculated according to the concentrations of the dust coming out of the environment and specially designed according to the operating conditions.

Condensate Tank

In plants where steam is used as the heating fluid, it is the tank where the steam, which leaves most of the heat to the system, returns from the system as condensate water. After the condensate tank, hot water is sent back to the boiler. Since the system is closed, there is no steam leakage to the external environment. Since the feed water to be sent to the boiler waits in the condensate tank without losing its heat, the amount of heat required to heat the water in the boiler is reduced. Thus, fuel saving is provided.

D Type Steam Boiler

  • D Type Steam Boiler It is preferred where high pressure and high capacity are required. Water tube steam boiler design and production are made in accordance with EN 12952 standards.
  • High efficiency is provided by integrating with economiser. It does not create a great danger as a very small part of the water in the boiler quickly turns into steam in any pipe breakage.
  • Since the heating surface is more and the water volume is less, more steam is obtained from the unit heating surface. It responds to fast steam needs in a short time.
  • When used together with the water conditioning system produced by our company, the boiler efficiency increases and it is protected from the damages caused by unconditioned water.

Deaerator Tank

Deaerator Tank is used for separation of O2, CO2 gases which are present in steam boiler feed water and cause melting, puncturing (corrosion). If the boiler feed water cannot be purified from these gases, the life of the whole system is shortened, corrosion and punctures may occur in the boiler and the devices and installations that make up the system even in very short periods. In addition, CO2 causes excessive corrosion especially in steam-using devices and serpentines and condensate pipes. In order to purify the boiler feed water from O2 and CO2 gases, it must be degassed by passing through the degasser device.

Economizers

Liquid and gas fired steam boiler economisers are produced by our company with CE certificate. Economisers are a kind of water tube heat exchangers used in heat, steam or power generation plants to recover a part of the heat on the smoke gases coming out of the boilers and going to the chimney. The heat recovered from the smoke gases discharged from the boiler to the chimney is called ‘feed water economiser’ when it is given to the boiler feed water; ‘domestic water economiser’ when it is given to water for purposes such as operating water, bath-shower, process, washing in the plant; ‘air heater economiser’ when it is used for pre-heating the burner combustion air or heating the ambient air.

Electrostatic Chimney Filter

Electrostatic Chimney Filter can be defined as a chimney system prepared to filter gas and odour particles in all industrial establishments. All electrodes that collect dust on the principle of static electricity are regularly shaken to ensure that all dust is collected in the bunker. All particles in the air passing through the filter are charged with high voltage electricity and then the collector section behind it separates the air from harmful and polluting particles such as oil, odour and smoke from these charged particles.

Fluidized Bed Hot Oil Boilers

Fluidized bed thermal oil boilers are advanced, eco-friendly combustion systems designed for efficient heat transfer while utilizing low-calorie, high-ash-content coals. These systems ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and reduced environmental impact, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Fluidized Bed Steam Boiler

Fluidised bed boiler is a combustion technology used to burn solid fuels. As a high efficiency, low pollution and clean coal technology, fluidised bed boiler technology has many advantages that other combustion methods do not have. Circulating fluidised boiler is low-temperature combustion, so NO2 emission is much lower than pulverised coal furnace. The boiler can directly desulphurise during the combustion process, and the desulphurisation efficiency is high. It reduces the amount of sulphur emitted in the form of SO2 emissions.

Gas and Liquid Fuelled Steam Generators

Steam Generator; It has a structure that provides convenience in terms of use, meets the steam needs quickly, can work with different fuel types, and occupies little space. The features of gas and liquid fuelled steam generators are given below. It is an integrated system with burner, feed water pump, water treatment unit, condensate tank and electrical panel.

Heat Exchanger

They are devices in which two fluids separated by a separating medium can transfer heat between them without mixing with each other. It consists of a pipe bundle placed in a cylindrical body. It works according to the heat transfer logic between two fluids at different temperatures. It is used to store heat in heating facilities due to its small footprint, economy, easy maintenance and installation, and corrosion resistance.

Hot Oil Boiler with Rotary Grate

In the rotary grate combustion system, from the moment the coal is poured into the grate from the service bunker, it moves towards the furnace with the rotation speed of the grate. When it first enters the furnace, the coal first starts to release its moisture with the effect of radiation heat, starts to gasify and release its volatile-flammable hydrocarbons with the increase in temperature and completes the fixed carbon combustion in the later parts of the grate. The combustion of all components of the coal continues until the end of the grate. Since the combustion in the hot oil boiler is completely finished, the amount of slag remaining is very small and this is poured into the slag trough and taken out. All processes from loading the coal into the bunkers, burning and discharging the slag are fully automated with the PLC automation system. In this way, both a highly efficient combustion and a very low emission value are provided.

Liquid and Gas Fired Hot Oil Boiler

Thermal oil boilers are called hot oil boilers, which are closed pressure vessels with thermal oil as a heat receiving fluid on one side of their surfaces that can operate with natural gas and liquid fuel, and on the other side there are paths where flame-smoke gases circulate, which give off the heat generated as a result of burning a fuel. Hot oil boilers are preferred by enterprises that need low pressure and high temperature. Since the system operates at low pressure, it is safe and the investment cost is low. Hot oil boilers have a wide temperature adjustment range up to 270℃ at atmospheric pressure. The heating surface of our product is made of seamless steel boiler tubes curled in a spiral in accordance with EN 10216-2 standard. It is possible to increase the boiler efficiency by adding economiser to the hot oil boiler chimney.

Moving Grate Steam Boiler

Front Furnace Advanced Steam Boiler Thanks to the movable grate combustion system, which is also applied in solid fuel systems, proportional operation and high efficiency are provided according to the heat requirement in the system. Combustion takes place completely in the front furnace in which the movable grate is also mounted. Heat conduction is provided by radiation in the forebox and convection in the boiler. The smoke gas generated as a result of combustion passes through the steam boiler, soot particles are separated from the flue gas in the multi-cyclone soot catcher and discharged from the chimney in accordance with the flue gas values permitted by the air quality protection regulation.

Multicyclone Filter

Multicyclones are used for the dynamic cleaning of dust-laden waste gases such as flue gases and process air and gases. Their dust retention efficiency is higher than conventional systems and the particle sizes that can be retained are much finer and smaller. For this reason, they are among the most widely used chimney and filter systems.

Sand Filter

Sand filter system is a system used to remove insoluble particles of various sizes, suspended solids and sediments from water. While the sand filters hold the suspended solids in the water, it also protects the units to be installed after it from the sediment and ensures that they fully fulfil their duties.
